This is a wonderful tale of the Haitian people. The show ranges from naive art to contemporary art, with paintings, sculptures and more. You can participate in cultural evenings that will take you on a trip to Haiti spanning 500 years of history and creativity. Come and move to the soothing music as you join in Haitian dances. You can also view video projections on the Haitian people. From May 5 to September 27, Dorothy’s Gallery opens its doors to you, to present you with a whole new world. Throughout the exhibition, there will be regular art hangings, and the public will feel like they are entering a real Haitian village, thanks to a special arrangement of the gallery’s space. This exhibition is a changing one, with the feel of a real Haitian tale in which colors, magic and diversity intermingle. It was created in partnership with various Haitian associations fighting for the island’s development and reconstruction through art.
