From February 7 to May 3, 2015, the amazing personal exhibition of Pierre Ardouvin’s contemporary art will be on display at the Maison des Arts in Malakoff. He has created an installation, borrowing its title from a Robert Walser short story, Retour dans la neige (Return to the Snow). Follow the walking route through a completely snowed- in, fictional decor covering the entire venue. After Tu ne dis jamais rien (You Never Say Anything), La Tempête et la Maison vide (The Storm and the Empty House) and Purple Rain, Retour dans la neige (Return to the Snow) is the continuation of a story that is a part of the collective memory linked to the world of performance art. Despite Pierre Ardouvin’s humor, which he transmits through warmth and well-being, there is always a hint of illogical irony.
